1. Agreement to Terms

All content made available through The Other Side Hustle — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, lesson outlines, strategy frameworks, trading methodologies, graphics, audio, branding, source code, software, and all other materials (collectively, “Content”) — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Other Side Hustle and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All Content is owned solely by The Other Side Hustle.
• No ownership rights are transferred to you upon purchase. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Content solely for your own private educational use.
• The trading strategies, frameworks, and methodologies taught in this course are proprietary and represent significant original work developed by The Other Side Hustle.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Reproduction: Copying, reproducing, duplicating, or replicating any portion of the Content in any form or medium, whether digital or physical.
• Distribution: Distributing, publishing, transmitting, broadcasting, or otherwise making Content available to any third party, whether for commercial gain or free of charge.
• Sharing Access: Sharing your login credentials, portal access link, or any course materials with any other individual. Each licence is for a single named user only.
• Reselling or Sublicensing: Selling, reselling, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or otherwise transferring access to the Content or your account to any third party.
• Derivative Works: Creating derivative works, courses, programmes, or materials based on, inspired by, or substantially similar to the Content without prior written consent from The Other Side Hustle.
• Screen Recording & Capturing: Recording, screenshotting, downloading, or otherwise capturing any video, audio, or written Content from the platform in any manner.
• Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or underlying methodologies of any software, algorithms, or tools provided.
• Public Display: Publicly displaying, presenting, or performing any Content, including on social media, YouTube, online communities, or any other public platform.
• Commercial Exploitation: Using the Content or any part thereof for any commercial purpose, including teaching, coaching, or building competing products or services.

4. Enforcement & Consequences

The Other Side Hustle actively monitors for unauthorised use, distribution, and reproduction of its Content. Any violation of Section 3 will result in:

• Immediate and permanent termination of your access to the course and portal without refund.
• Civil legal action seeking damages, including statutory damages under applicable copyright law, which may amount to significant financial liability.
• Pursuit of injunctive relief to immediately stop infringing activity.
• Referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is involved.

You agree that any breach of these Terms would cause irreparable harm to The Other Side Hustle for which monetary damages alone would be insufficient, entitling The Other Side Hustle to seek equitable relief without the requirement to post a bond or other security.

5. Licence Grant

Subject to full payment and your compliance with these Terms, The Other Side Hustle grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content through your assigned portal account for your own private, non-commercial educational purposes only. This licence does not include any rights not expressly set out in this clause. The Other Side Hustle reserves all other rights.

6. Educational Disclaimer & No Financial Advice

All Content provided by The Other Side Hustle is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the course constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other professional advice. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including any results shared by students, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. The Other Side Hustle and its representatives accept no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of applying information from this course.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered. The Other Side Hustle reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of a violation of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities set out in Section 3.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately. The Other Side Hustle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

9. Termination

The Other Side Hustle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course and portal at any time, without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of any provision of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, no refund will be issued. Termination does not limit any other legal remedies available to The Other Side Hustle.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Other Side Hustle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the course or Content. The Other Side Hustle's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

12. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Other Side Hustle with respect to your use of the course and Content, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Amendments

The Other Side Hustle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued access to the course after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
